LOSE 15 pounds in 10 days

Breakfast: 1 orange, (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 pieces of toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 buttermilk or yoghurt, 2 pieces of toast

Dinner: 125g ground beef, 1 tomato (or 1 dl tomato puree), 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 pieces of toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 1 small piece of lettuce

Dinner: 125g ground beef, 1 orange, 1 piece of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea

THURSDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 pieces of toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 125g low-fat cottage cheese (you can also use mozzarella cheese), 1 tomato, 1 piece of toast

Dinner: 125g ground beef, 2 tomatoes and 2oz tomato puree, 1 apple, 1 piece of toast

FRIDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 pieces of toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 200g cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 piece of toast

Dinner: 500g cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes,…), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

EAT NORMAL at the weekend!

HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR DESIRED WEIGHT

When you achieve the weight you want, keep it by following this menu every Monday:

BREAKFAST: 1 lemonade without sugar (you can use honey)

LUNCH: 1 egg, 1 piece of toast, 1 tomato (or apple)

DINNER: 1 piece of toast, 1 tomato (or one egg)

INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES

No alcohol intake

– The foods can be eaten hot or cold, but it’s vital to consume them in the correct order.

– You will lose 2.5-5 pounds in 5 days.

– After five days, eat normally, but moderately for the weekend. Repeat the diet plan after the weekend and again for another week (3 weeks in total).

– You can lose up to 15 pounds in 10 days.
