If you eyebrows are overplucked and you don't have the eyebrow you have to draw it in a sharp shape then fill in the eyebrows like it's shown in the picture above.

Concealer is an important step to have a perfectly defined eyebrows, it makes them pop even more, there are specifique eyebrow concealers but you can use a regular concealer.
