Matcha Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.25 tsp matcha green tea
- 1 scoop protein powder
- some honey
- 1 c frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 c pineapple
- ½ to 1 c water
Instructions
- If you’re using fresh fruit, chop it all up then toss it all in a blender! Done!
Pomegranate Pineapple Lemon Juice
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- 1 ½ cup water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 inch piece of ginger
Instructions
- In a blender combine everything except pomegranate juice and blend together to form a smooth consistency and strain through the strainer and set aside.
- To pineapple lemon ginger mixtures mix in pomegranate juice.
- Enjoy with ice.
Love Your Greens Juice
Ingredients
- 4 cups baby spinach
- ½ head of collards (about 6 leaves)
- 1 English cucumber
- ½ bunch of parsley (about 1 cup lightly packed)
- ½ bunch of cilantro (about ½ cup lightly packed)
- Juice from ½ lemon
Instructions
- If you have a ‘low’ setting on your juicer, juice all items in the recipe but the lemon juice. When complete, add lemon juice, stir and enjoy!
Dieter’s Dream Water
Ingredients
- large pitcher of cold filtered water
- 1 lemon thinly sliced
- ½ cucumber thinly sliced
- small bunch cilantro (stems cut off)
- small bunch Italian parsley (stems cut off)
- handful of frozen cranberries
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
- I make mine the night before so the flavour from the ingredients is stronger.
- Continue to refill with water for throughout the day.
Super Hydration Juice
Ingredients
- 2 whole large cucumbers (peeled)
- 2 whole apples (cores removed)
- 1 half beet (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint (packed)
Instructions
- In a juicer, juice each ingredient in order.
- Pour into two glasses with ice.
- Add a couple sprigs of mint for a garnish. Enjoy!
Red And Green Festive Cocktail
Ingredients
- 4-6 large leaves kale, as you like (add more for more detox properties)
- 1 cup (240 ml) pomegranate arils (from one large ripe pomegranate)
- 1 cup (240 ml) fresh or frozen cranberries (if frozen, allow to thaw a bit before juicing)
- 1 pear, cored
- one knob (about 1 inch or 2.5 cm) fresh ginger, peeled
- 6-12 leaves of fresh mint, optional
- stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Place ingredients in juicer one at a time (I reserved the pomegranate seeds for the end, as their high fiber content pushes out anything else left in the juicer mechanism), strain if desired, and serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
Rainbow Veggie Juice
Ingredients
- 1-2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 1 bunch of celery
- large handful of parsley
- large handful of cilantro
- 1 English cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 meyer lemons, peeled
- 1 inch of ginger root
Instructions
- Juice all of your lovely veggies. Give your juice a good stir. Put it in mason jars. Drink it as soon as possible, not waiting longer than 48 hours! Simple, simple.
Citrus & Green Tea Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 1 grapefruit, peeled
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup green tea, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp honey
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Place ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Golden Detox Drink
Ingredients
- 2 cup hot water
- 2 cups cold water
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ small tsp powdered ginger
- 3 drops Stevia concentrate or maple syrup
- Pinch of cayenne
- Juice from ½ small organic lemon
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and while letting it heat up, put the rest of the ingredients (and the other 2 cups of water) in your largest favorite tea cup or jar.
- Pour on Hot Water & let sit as long as you like or until you feel that the ingredients have properly mixed & dissolved.
- Drink & enjoy the benefits!
Whole Food Spicy Green “Juice”
Ingredients
- 2 big handfuls of spinach
- about ¼ cup parsley
- 1 stalk celery, cut into chunks
- 1 small cucumber, peeled
- 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 ice cubes plus enough water to blend
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend until everything is smooth and frothy.
- Drink immediately, as this “juice” will separate.
Grapefruit-Cado Sunrise Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice*
- 1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice*
- 1 cup DOLE frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup DOLE banana (use frozen banana slices for thicker smoothie)
- ¼ cup ice
- optional: 1 tsp maple syrup
- *use of fresh-squeezed juice is optional

Detox Blueberry Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1-2 bananas

- 2 apples, washed and quartered
- 2 medium carrots, washed, tops removed and cut into large pieces
- 1 stalk celery, washed and cut into several pieces
- 4-5 calamansi limes, washed

- Process the apples, carrots, celery and lime through a juicer. Serve immediately over ice.
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup green tea, chilled
- 1 cup loosely packed cilantro
- 1 cup loosely packed organic baby kale (or another baby green)
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1 cup pineapple
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- ½ avocado
Instructions
- Place ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Drink Your Veggies Pizza
Ingredients
- 4-5 roma tomatoes
- 2 bell peppers (yellow, orange)
- ⅓ yellow onion
- 1 bunch kale
- 10-15 basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- small handful raw cashew pieces
Instructions
- Juice everything except the cashews. Pour juice into blender with cashews, blend.
Ayurveda Detoxifying Tea
Ingredients
- 1 Quart boiling water
- 1-2 Tablespoons thinly sliced ginger
- 1 Tablespoon thinly sliced fresh turmeric ( or ½ -1 tsp ground)
- 1-2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1-2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1-2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1-2 bags (or Tablespoon) green tea, mint tea, ginger tea, yerba,
- squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a french press, let stand 5 minutes before plunging.
- Refill press one more time with boiling water. Try to drink a total of two quarts in a day.
- Alternatively, simmer all ingredients together for 5 minutes in a pot. Strain, before drinking.
Mango Ginger Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1½ cups mixed frozen peaches, pineapple, and mango
- juice of 1 whole lemon
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon coconut cream
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (carton, not canned)
- ¼ to ½ cup water (depending on your preferred consistency)
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 5 drops liquid stevia or 1 tablespoon pure honey (if preferred, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until completely incorporated.
- Enjoy!
Love Your Liver Juice
Ingredients
- 2 medium beets
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 lemon, peeled
- small handful cilantro
- 1 chard leaf
- ½ red apple (optional)
Instructions
- Juice ingredients and enjoy!
Detox Beet and Carrot Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 carrot, peeled, sliced
- 1 beet, peeled, sliced
- ½ cup red grapes
- 1 clementine, peeled
- 1 slice of ginger, peeled, about the size of a quarter
- ½ cup green tea
Instructions
- Steam carrot and beet until just tender, about 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick your slices are. Let cool.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups (310 ml) pineapple juice
- juice from ¼ of a lemon
- handful of fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
Instructions
- Pour the juice into the blender.
- Add the lemon juice (minus the seeds).
- Grab a handful of fresh spinach leaves and throw them into the blender.
- Peel the fresh ginger and grate it finely and into the blender it goes as well.
- Blend till liquefied and green.
Low Carb Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1½ cups ice
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ avocado, pitted and chopped
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup sweetener
Instructions
- Pour milk into the blender. Now add spinach and remaining ingredients in that order. Blend on high until really smooth. You can add more almond milk or ice if necessary.
- Pour into one large glass or divide into two substantial servings.
Spring Cleaning Detox
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of whole flax seeds.
- 1 red apple, peeled and sliced.
- 8 snack-sized peeled carrots (or 2 normal carrots, peeled and chopped).
- ¼ inch nub of fresh ginger root, skin removed. (should be moist)
- 1 cup of lukewarm water.
Instructions
- Just one teaspoon of flaxseed added to one cup of lukewarm water will release the slippery mucilage necessary to gently shed toxins through a natural laxative process. The seeds need to soak for a half hour to begin this process and once in the system, you will experience their glorious efforts 20-40 minutes later. You will know that you have successfully created flaxseed water when the water above the seeds appears to have a film and the seeds have become gooey.
- Throw your peeled & chopped carrots into your blender or magic bullet followed by your peeled and sliced red apple, and your quarter-inch long nub of your freshly peeled ginger root. Pour the water and seeds into the blender (you might need to use a spoon to transfer the gooey seeds!) and start blending!
Sugar Free Indian Gooseberry Drink
Ingredients
- Amla (Gooseberry/Nellikka) – 7 or 8 medium to large size
- Lemon zest- ½ tsp
- Lemon- ½ sliced into thin slices
- Mint leaves- 2 sprigs
- Cold water- 7 cups
- salt- 1 tbsp(or to taste)
Instructions
- Discard the seeds of Amla.
- Dump in the flesh of Amla, lemon zest, salt and water into you mixer aka juicer.
- Strain the juice.
- Crush the mint leaves between your palm and add it with lemon pieces to the juice.
- Serve chilled and get healthy
Beet Juice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 beet
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 apple

- Wash, cut and juice.
- Pour the juice into a glass and drink immediately.
